DETOX CURES AND INTEGRATIVE HEALTH

The general conditions apply to the sale of detox and integrative health treatments, as well as to all other services provided by the SHENYU CENTER to participants.

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

Participants must make their reservation on the website and pay a deposit of one-third, half or all of the cure by credit card, bank transfer or check.

For bank checks, the reservation will only be final after cashing them.

In case of payment of a deposit, the balance of the treatment must be paid at the latest one week before the arrival of the participant according to the methods which will be specified to him by email.

Registration will be final after checking availability, receipt of the medical certificate and sending a confirmation email.

CANCELLATION / TERMINATION

The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation on your part. However, it can be transferred to another course (within one year) if the cancellation occurs more than two months before the course (or to another person that you find to replace you regardless of the cancellation notice).

Failure to comply with safety instructions, contractual commitments or internal regulations may result in the immediate termination of the treatment without reimbursement.

PRICES

All services are invoiced on the basis of the rates in force.

The SHENYU CENTER benefits from a VAT exemption. In the event of the abolition of this provision, the prices indicated would be increased by this tax according to the rates in force.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS BROUGHT

The SHENYU CENTER declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft of your personal effects, in particular in the case of jewellery, documents or cash.

We accept no liability for damage resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the outdoor car park.

CONTRAINDICATIONS OF DETOX FASTING

This cure is intended for adults aged 21 and over, in good health. If in doubt, we advise you to seek the advice of your attending physician.

A medical certificate of no contraindication is requested. You can download it when you register.
