I am absolutely satisfied, beyond my expectations in fact because I had not completely grasped the notion of 'integrative'... and I did the first fast of my life without the slightest stress. I come out completely revitalized. Thanks to Chrystelle, a wonderful hostess who accompanied with great fluidity - without ever imposing herself, she guides, suggests, appears with invigorating juices and herbal teas, or for an energizing walk by my side, for a sequence of treatments.

   

5 days is ideal, time passes very quickly but passes slowly at the same time. We feel peaceful and safe. The possibilities of calling on outside therapists to complete the benefits of the cure are numerous and simple - Chrystelle takes care of everything and her partners appear to take care of you. The benefits of the cure are enhanced.


The place lends itself wonderfully to a retreat: the wood in which the dwellings are nestled, the consultation center, the various places of activity and facilitating meditation, form an enchanted parenthesis where time passes over practices - exercises, discovery of many forms of yoga, whirlpool baths and swimming under the trees, small walks (you can also take circuits to the pretty villages outside), fascinating discussions, workshops, etc.


Obviously I benefited from a very luxurious stay since I was the only spa client. But Chrystelle's passion and expertise are such that a program in a small group would, in my opinion, be just as interesting since our hostess is generous, attentive and above all a great professional.
